Faint vertical lines appeared on display after update

Recently updated to to 7.1.1 and now faint vertical lines appear on screen and also display has a red tint on it. Did some research and samsung had the same problem but it was rectified. Anyone else has this issue? Hope an update will roll out to fix this bug. Camera also looks distorted

I have similar problem too. As you can see, diagonal strokes throughout the display. I can not say it was or not before the update, but it's definitely some kind of a problem with the display.

I have the same problem, I have already changed it with another device through amazon, but have the same lines. Do you know whether it is a normal feature or a defect?

That's the digitizer, there's nothing wrong with your device

Are you sure? In other smartphones it was not so visible. Do you also see on your device?

It's definitly defective screen. This problem is widespread in the territory of Russia. A common opinion is that it meets on the phones purchased for the Hong Kong market. I was in official Sony stores, this defect was not on any test phone. Unfortunately, I couldn't get answer from the Sony's service center, because in my city have no one specialist from Sony's authorized service center, who can give exact answer. Moreover i don't have official warrany, because in the opposite case I would have given the phone to the service. This problem really hinders the viewing of photos for example. I love Sony's products and it's very sad that they are not able to openly admit a serious industrial defect and give an official response. I'm sure they will read it and can give some detailed comment.

Yup this is exactly what I'm getting. It looks like the lines are on the glass because when you scroll, they dont move around. It's like fixed on the display and it's very visible on a white background
