WiFi issue after 7.0 update

Dual sim version. Won't connect to WiFi (always showing 'Authentication Problem') following 7.0 update. Issue persists across attempts on multiple networks. Tried all the usual troubleshooting steps. Anyone else having a similar problem?

Hi @daanish.chawala,

Have you tried forgetting the network and re-connecting to it?

You can do this by going to Settings > Wi-Fi > Tap and hold the Wi-Fi connection > Forget network.

Without mentioning what those troubleshooting steps were I can't be sure what you have and have not done.

Does it do the same thing in safe mode?

Strange occurrence but good suggestion to boot in safe mode. It worked in safe mode and continued to work after a normal reboot from safe mode. Normal reboots before this hadn't solved the issue. Thanks for the help,

I am glad to hear that Sometimes putting it into safe mode is all that is needed as it dumps the cache.
