That is correct, Xperia 10 plus has one earspeaker and one loudspeaker. You can find the location of the speakers on number 4 and 10 in this overview.

You can use the support app found in the device settings in order to test the functionality of the speakers. In order to do this, find and tap Settings > Support > Xperia tests > Microphone and speakers.

I had the same confusion as well. By looking at the bottom, 12.primary mic looked like a loud speaker.
