      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just purchased the Xperia 10 yesterday and the following message appeared once set up was complete: "optimized setting for your network operator will now be installed and your device will restart" I've owned an Xperia XA and XA1 and never seen this message. Is this something new?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm asking because I'm having issues with the play store downloading and updating apps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for any responses&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Model: I3123&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Version: Android 9&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;happens to me if i change the sim card from a different network provider e.g. o2 to vodafone here in the uk or i do a complete reset of the phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Model: i3113 uk version&lt;/P&gt;</description>
