Cannot cancel charge optimization (Z5C E5823)

i used to cancel charge optimization when i needed the little extra battery for a long trip.

now it donst really got canceled.

that's shows like it canceled(the switch is off)but the max chrage is not more than 3.299volt

(usually when i've canceled that i notice 3 things when this option is really off:

1.max voltage is 3.350 and not 3.299

2.after restarting the phone the (%)percentage was going from"90% to 80%"

3.battery app shows me that i have 2500ma instead of 2700Ma

(changed every restart and rechrage i have SS if needed)

i think is since last upate i hope it will be fixed in nougat and its not hardware problem i tried everything beside factory rest

Battery apps are not 100% reliable.they still drain battery power since they are apps after all. Try to restart your device after you disable battery optimization. Also if you want to check your battery capacity you can go the service menu *#*#7378423#*#* select service tests

thanks for answer but

its autorestarted (and also iv tried to restart again)

i know there service menu (is my 2nd sony device)

but in Z5C there is not battery tests at all (ive checked)

BTW the app i downloaded pretty accurate: because app showed me same result as sevice for my older sony device at *#*#service#*#* menu

usally the diffrence is +15min of heavy use or +10 hours of standby

when this options is off

did you try to reinstall the app? cause if this is not an app issue which can be proven via safe mode, then you need to perform software repair using Xperia Companion

tried safe mode still max charge no more then 3.300

i can disabled it in setting, but it aint doing nothing (anymore)

i hope is not hardware problem

can anybody check his max chrage voltage with this option on and without?

maybe its the last update (3.2.A.5.11\6.0.1)

b4 that it was 3.350\3.349V and also isaw the % chageing ever restart

i need rest factory?

Batteries life also decay over time, something to keep in mind

i know but it all of sudden and

my old phone was 5ive years old and always at max voltage when fully charge (beside if the battery is hot) milliampere was lower over time

but max voltage never changed at my old phone

, i think is software bug why i did active it:\,

anyway most of time i charge upto 80% to save battery my self b4 this option once in a month i did chrage to 100% for calibrate

i'll try to wait for nougat maybe somehow it will fix if not ill try factory rest

Z5 Compact lost batterytime after update.

Batterytime of my Z5 C went from 26 to 8 hours after last update, how to fix this?
While updating, there was information about something called "Batteryoptimization", and that this would be possible to turnoff in settings... But no, I can't find a way to restore it. Now my phone is more or less useless.
