I'm sorry to hear about what has happened to your phone.

All repairs on Xperia devices are handled by authorized service centres.

I will not be able to provide you with a prize for changing the display on your phone since this vary between markets. I would recommend getting in touch with your Local support team like @uliwooly recommended, since they are the experts on your market and will be able to answer all your questions regarding service time, estimated price for the repair and so forth.

Hi,

If it is under warranty, I recommend you to do in the authorised Sony technical service, even if you pay more, just in case. If you will do it yourself (out of warranty, or just cheaper and assuming the risk) please buy also the sealing kit for you to assemble back the phone again so that you do not lose the water & dust tight properties.
