i was running a logiciel reparation for my Z1 with XPERIA COMPANION

but the operation stop everytime in the same place and showing me an error

and now my phone is in black screen but i can hear the voice of notification

but the screen is black .

Plz Help me

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having, however, I can advise that the code you are getting is referring to the fact that the handset is a prototype device.

I suggest you speak with the place of purchase about this as at no stage should a prototype device be sold in any manner.

I am really sorry about this, but as it is a prototype device and not intended for public use there is no real solution I can provide. @uliwooly you may be able to supply alternative instructions?
