Phone quality issue, side frame coming loose

Hi,

I have Z5 Compact almost for a year. And now I see that the side frame near the power button is not attached. It moves if you press on it. Like if it was qlued before. but not anymore. And I also see some marks on the rear camera lense like some oil marks but they don't disapear if cleaning. Does somebody expirience same issues? Is it covered by the warranty?

I'm so sorry to hear about your phone.

I would recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team so they can assist you with having the device sent in to an authorized service centre as soon as possible.

I'm afraid that I won't be able to determine if this is cover by warranty or not since the phone has to be examined by a trained technician first.

Your local support are the experts on your market and if you have any questions about service routines, service times and so forth they will gladly answer all of them!
