And if you have, how did it work out for you?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I totally agree with him on the point where if you think the battery is damaged you should stop using the phone and have it sent to an authorized service centre so it can be examined by a trained technician.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Your&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/Local+support/pd-p/contact_us" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="13-2"&gt;Local support&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;team will gladly assist you with this and answer all your questions that you may have regarding warranty, service routines and so forth.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the battery isn't damage and you are still experiencing&amp;nbsp;that the phone won't be boot up, I'd recommend performing a&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/software+repair+using+Xperia+Companion/pd-p/software_repair_2" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="190-1"&gt;software repair using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do note that this will delete all data on the internal storage of your phone and since you can't boot the phone and unlock it you won't be able to create a backup.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let us know how it goes!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
