how to disable or uninstall x alert for z ultra

Hi,

Can anyone please let me know how to disable xalert for xperia? I did activate it once and because I dint like it, I deactivated it. Still xalert pops up and asks for a pin whenever I unlock the phone or restart the phone. Is there any option to uninstall it? Also, how to disable haptic feedback? I could not find that option anywhere in my phone.

This help would be much appreciated.

I have the same problem.when I click settings it asks for password,even after giving the correct password it's not entering settings again it comes to the main menu plz tell me how to solve this plzz

If you go to settings-apps-all,look for settings apps,clear data.

Go to my apps and clear data..simple worked 4 me..
