Xperia ZL update problem, Please help

I recieved a notification on a new system update yesterday night, i followed the intrusctions and said the update would take approximatley 49 mins to complete. It finished installing the new update i guess but took a little more than 49 mins and went on to reboot my phone. The problem is tht its stuck on the boot screen, the part where it moves in waves. I waited one whole night (around 6 hours) and its still there. I cant turn off my phone using the regular on/off button, instead i have to open the back and reboot it with the other off button for emergencies i guess. Plz help, it would mean a lot

Connect to wall charger,keep it connected for 1-2 hours,repair with sony update.

How do I repair with Sony update? Its not evn turning on, its stuck at boot

Download,install,open and follow the steps provided.Backup your data before doing the repair.

Ok, ill try, charging my phone now. How long does this process usually take?

Not that much,if you have a good internet connection and a good pc,it should be under 30 mins.
