Hi,

I have some SSL certificate problem. My clients said ,when he access SSL page , browser show Security warning Popup.

device:xperia ZR

browser: android default browser

↓warning message↓

There area problems with the security certificate for this site.

↓View cert.↓

This certificate isn't from a trusted authority.

I know this warning means the certificate is from untrusted authority. But I use trusted auhtority(from globalsign).

And other device is ok (Xperia TX and many device!).

So I guess ,maybe root certificate with globalsign in xperia ZR isdisable or expiration of a term. But other website using same root certifacate is ok,

How/Can I solve the problem?

thanks

I recommend that you first ask him to check that the phone is set to the correct date under Settings -> Date & time.

If that's not the cause, could you give me the url where this is happening?
