Viber does not wake up my cellphone ,Xperia Z2

Hi Friends,

I have a xperia Z2 cell phone. When my cell phone is in sleep mode and someone calls me by viber it does not ring and does not wake my phone up so when i wake it up , i have missed call. please let me know if anyone khow about this problem.

Do you have stamina mode enabled?

Just add viber in "Active in standby" in the stamina mode settings

Im having the same problem with my xperia Z.,, viber works perfectly when Im touching my phone,..as soon as I lock screen (sleep mode) it stops to notify me about viber messages and calls.
I will try with Stamina mode settings. 🙂

Disable stamina or whitelist viber.
