Sorry to hear that your phone has been reset.

When using company email (ActiveSync) it's possible to remote wipe the phone from the server and/or Outlook Web Access. I can't say for sure but if you had a PIN-code i suspect it was wiped from the server.

If your company uses management platform like MobileIron it is possible that your phone got wiped that way

I had the same problem with my office phone- Sony Xperia Z3 5 days back. It did a factory reset somehow in my pocket, and I lost all data in drive and Memory card!!
I was out of country on vacation, and it was devastating to lose my contacts, emails, pictures, audio and video files.
I had maas360 installed on my Xperia as a Device Manager with a keyed password. Not sure whether this triggered it!
My Settings-->About Phone-->Diagnostics-->Device Facts--> System Restarts shows 10 restarts all happened within a span of 20-25 minutes!!
Please help

Hi and welcome to the community!

Sorry to hear that you've lost all your data

It's not possible to say for sure but looking at the features for maas360 it has an option for wiping the phone.

I'm afraid it's not possible to restore data that's been deleted on the phones internal storage but you may be able to restore files on the external SD card using a computer, a card reader and a software like Recuva.

If you don't have any backup of the phone i'm afraid what was stored in the internal storage is lost.
