    <description>Are you trying to send a video/picture? It can only be send through data, I also noticed that you have an Antivirus, disable it and check again.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #000000;"&gt;The stock messaging app on my Xperia Z has had a bug where is says it is "Resizing".
