z1 compact issues.

Hi there I've had problems with my z1 compact a number of months. I told the shop about the problem at the start they did nothing niether did the mobile network.

I'm thinking about canceling the payments.

Ive had to restore my phone a number of time and now I've had enough.

I have 14 system restarts in three days along side 2290 applications not responding. The screen freezes and becomes unresponsive.

It now has became very warm at the back.

Tell my my phone is fine?

That's quite interesting, how is it that you had 2290 applications not responding? you actually have 2290 applications on your phone? if you have indeed that insane amount of apps on your phone then it will explain why all those apps are using up all your RAM, thus creating issues with your screen, heating up your phone, reboots.

No I have about 20 with just under 2gb. I wouldn't be able to fit 2290 apps on my phone.

Thanks physical. Sadly that link for pc companion is no longer valid due to an error. I found the software on a third party link and completely erase the phone data and then put the new update of the phone back onto it using that software.

I'm glade to say that at the current time. The phone looks to be working. Although I my have. Battery problem due to the corrupted software. I'll have it a full charge and see what happens.

I can second that, Just checked the link and it works just fine, becareful with third party websites.
