    <description>I can not believe how incredibly thin the charge port is. Not even 2 months old and the **bleep** thing fell out. Is this a common occurrence ? So disappointed!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The same thing happened to me. &amp;nbsp; After less than 2 months. &amp;nbsp;Sony refused to replace the phone. &amp;nbsp; It was there own charger that pulled the pin out and they tried to say it was "customer abuse" - whihc it was not. &amp;nbsp;I know how to plug and unplug a charger without causing physical damage. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;- &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;After returning the phone to them - they sent it back refusing to repair or replace it. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; They did however provide me (after a lenghty conversation with customer service and a supervisor) &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; with a charging port as that is the only way to charge it now. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Also - have had the phone a little over a year and it is constantly freezing now. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Not sure if I just received a bad phone because some of the other comments are favorable - but for me - not so much. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PS &amp;nbsp; My experience has been that Sony will not stand behind their product and trys to blame you when something goes wrong&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;GoodLuck with the phone..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
