I also happened to me this situation, in which the camera is fogged after taking several pictures underwater, but after a few hours returns to be normal and does not affect my performance. From what I've learned is a very common condition, and apparently is because as we know. to use the camera it gets hot, sometimes very hot, and the water is colder ... therefore, it is normal fogging by condensation?

You could open all the lids and let the device dry up in a warm place. Maybe even use it so it gets warm so the water will vaporize.

Hi, is everything else working fine with your phone, touchscreen, calls etc :smileysmileywink: As alexdon says you can leave the flaps open, there are many tips on how to 'dry' out the lens......from playing a few games to shooting some 4k videos to allow the phone to heat up (flaps left open)......if you type in the SEARCH bar you will find many posts regarding these & other tips :smileysmileywink:

You would be best to have the device checked by a service agent, as there may be some form of defect that allowed this to happen.

If it was bought outside of your country then unfortunately international warrant is not valid - It would need to be returned to the place of purchase or to the reseller
