Hi evryone...i purchased my xperia z2 on oct 2nd 2014...my mobile data shows h+ and 3g and i cn browse al fine on chrome and al other apps including play store. But i cnt dwnload anytin in play store.. I evn tried clearin cache and data...bt no luck....i din ve dis problem in 4.4.2

So you cleared the cache and data, what about uinstalling and reinstalling the app or using Sony PC Companion to repair the phone?

Settings > accounts > remove your google account > restart your phone > re-add your email account > check again

Try deleting your account then re-adding it or you may need to login to your account via a Pc as periodically Google require verification on the account

Thank u guys...ya i did del my account n add it back...restarted d phone too...but no i stil cant download....but i am able to download through wifi..and yes i uninstald n reinstalld playstore yesterday night...and no luck stil

Try this solution:

"I change all my Apps by restricting background data a few days ago an ran into the same problem where apps are showing 'downloading' and nothing more happens. I fix it by 'un-restricting' background data by going to (on the Sony Experia Z2) 'Settings'-'Data Usage'-scrolling and unticking the 'restrict background data' tick boxes on all apps. (Not sure what the data usage impact will be now - will have to monitor)."

Hi everybody...nw i m abl to access playstore lik bfr...al i did ws turn of my stamina mode and enabld auto sync...n it strtd wrkin...though i had tried this bfr..and it wasnt workin...but now it is wrkin fine..
