Unable to lock the phone

I am not able to lock my Xperia-Z (C-6603, build version - 10.5.1.A.0.283). When I press the power button or keeps the phone idle for long time, screen is going off. How ever if I press the power button again, it is not asking the pattern lock. Insted, it goes to a scrren showing time (in big font), day, date and month. When I swipe this screen, it unlocks the phone without asking any password or pattern. And very rarely it asks for the pattern. My secuirity settings are 'power button instantly locks' and 'automatically lock 30 seconds after sleep'. Anyone else facing this issue?. Anyone please suggest how to get rid off this problem.

do you have an antivirus?

do you have a third party lock screen?

I use McAfee secuirity as anti virus and C-launcher for themes.

uninstall the launcher and check again, if that doesn't work, uninstall the antivirus too and report back

Launcher is uninstalled and the problem is solved now. Thank you for the susggestions.
