Im currently wanting to unlock my xperia z1. And need to check if it is locked to the network or not. Have been able to access the service info &gt; sim lock and all the entries are blank except the top one NETWORK ( see picture) where there is a X in the box. Does this mean the phone is locked to the network, as they are telling me it is not.
