    <description>&lt;P&gt;first of all irrespective of warranty sony is not giving support to XPERIA ZL.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Due to this they are giving alternatives just by talk. replace with other phone or take some money and give some other phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;etc.. etc..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mistake from sony is not able to provide support for the product which are still under warranty .. not sure it is leagal or not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hence we all are facing issues with ZL and I am sure in future it will be same for other xperia phones.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ask support where it is written that you need to pay money to get a phone. Also if you are paying any % , in return it should be a brand new phone with 1 year warranty .. otherwise for 9300/- are are far better phones available in current market which will come with 1 year warranty. And with updated OS etc..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Sony India,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am really fed up with your pathetic after sales service. I bought a Sony Xperia ZL in October 2013 and its was working fine. All of a sudden it just stopped working and now its not in a bricked mode. There are not external or internal damages done to the set. I gave my set to the authorized dealer (Advance Electronics - Shushant Shopping Arcade ,Gurgaon) and after a week of i don't know what check up they told me that i have to pay a sum of Rs. 9300 to the service centre which is the 33% of the cost of the new xperia ZL. The strangest thing is that they didn't diagnosed my phone at all and directly asked for the replacement of the set by giving them Rs, 9300 that is quoted by one of your employee. As far i know that a service centre is a place where electronics got repaired and then been given back to you. You guys just cannot ask for any amount which is not at all appropriate as the price which is being quoted is on the MRP of the phone i bought in 2013. As of today the phone is discontinued and there is no depreciation being shown from your side on the value of the phone. This is simply a fraud being committed by your service centres by cheating loyal customers and earning a lot by just replacing the phone at a very hefty cost and not repairing it. They just say that this phone cannot be repaired we only replace such sets. I mean are you guys crazy. How can you give such an explanation to any of your customers. i tried my best talking to the customer care executive to cut down the price of the replacement or just repair my set as i cannot afford to pay such an amount.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I do ..and i do help ppl here in giving whatever advice i can&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And i also know that here some are official mods by Sony ... They sure can deliver a msg to someone to look into something so terrible wrong .&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Tell me how many times have you read that ppl say they get Pathetic Services afterwards ... ?? I am willing to post this here so that someone might read(official mod) and can maybe help us in anyway ..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And about Contacting Sony directly .. i did contact Sony india .. that did get me some results but still there is hardly any effect on the Service center guys&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did try to get to higher level when i was in trouble ...but the effect is only till my case ends&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sony service center&amp;nbsp; ppl did try to trouble me.. bt fortunatly i did get my phone bk aftr 25 days of arguements ..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;They offered me a Z instead of my ZL bt then they started making excuses that they are out of stock ... I had a lot of trouble&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The thing is this Non repairable thing is in whole India .. means General manager knows about it .&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You tell me will you pay 250-350 dollars for a fault in ur phone ? when it can be repaired in 100USD ? Isn't it wrong from Sony's side to do that?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;@100sailo&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;make sure this frustration you should show while buying your next phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are so many brands including mid range companies are providing good phones with better support in current market.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sony service center people are themself are saying that "xperia" is a smart phone and you should expect issues with them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is so, what is the point in buying costly mobiles?? And usually after a year people try to change the phone. If so better to spend $200 around and get mid range phone with good quality...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
