Have signal but cant do\recieve call and text

for sony c6603:I have full signal in my sim using talk and text, but i cant do/recieve text or call it says I dont have signal.
What should I do??I already reset it and my sim is new..
It said no selected network unavailable

Is your device able to use said network ie: is it unlocked for all networks or if you have travelled is your phone country unlocked

Dial *#*#7378423#*#* then open Service info then SIM lock and report the findings

plus sir I have a color yellow notification ! like that saying no service, selected network unavailable..

Have you travelled to another country with this phone or is it native to the country you are in

At a guess your SIM is either faulty or there's an issue with your network or if you are on a contract you have been cut off or if PAYG you have no credit

Hi sir I think all is fine, its not contract and here in Phil, I dont know if they have PayG..I dont think its my sim fault cause its new and I try it to my old phone its ok..Im using Talk and Text sim card..I bought a new one cause my old sim cant read by my sony xperia z..And now, I have signal but cant text and call either recieve..

It is probably not a compatible Sim card as in the band that it works on or the phone is not native and therefore again won't work on the band required by the Sim card
