Image Enhancement off when put in charging.

Hey,

I have xperiaz2. i have set x-reality for mobile/Super Vivid mode in Image Enhancement option. But whenever i have put the my phone in charging on next time i found Image Enhancement is in off state.

Why is this automatically off.Any idea.

That's odd, are you certain? open a picture, take a screenshot, put the phone to charge, open the same picture, take another screenshot, compare them.

Try Clearing the SmartConnect data.

How to clear data on apps.
From your Home screen

1. Tap the Application screen icon.
2. Find and tap Settings > Apps.
3. Swipe to the All tab.
4. Find and tap on the smartConncet app.
5. Tap Force stop > Clear data.
6. Restart the phone

I am able to set the phone on x-reality for mobile/Super Vivid mode in Image Enhancement option.all fine but whenever i put my phone in charging next time when i checked and found Image Enhancement option is in off state. Why is this going on unable to locate.

I couldn't recreate this issue on my phone. Can you try the following:

- Go to Settings -> Display -> Image Enhancement -> Turn off

- Go to Settings -> Apps -> All -> Image Enhancement -> Force stop, Clear data, restart phone

- Re-enable Image Enhancement and test

uliwooly Mean i am unable to understand your solution will helpful, simply my Image Enhancement auto off issue when phone in charging state.

I'd try a Phone Repair from PC Companion or Mac Bridge of you really want to try to get this fixed.

Open PC companion->support zone->phone/tablet software update->repair my phone/tablet blue highlighted.Follow the steps given,do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable.

Updation has been completed. But same problem still ocurs.

Can you put the phone on charge and go to smart connect and see what settigs are?
Idon't know, maybe "turn off screen enhencment on charge" or something like that ?
