To reset your phone you do need a Pc to either perform a system repair or access MyXperia to change the security code but as it appears your phone is in Airplane mode I fear this also wouldn't work

Hello all,

I have the already known problem that my touchscreen does not react. I already restarted my phone but I cannot enter my Pin. Since I am on holidays I habe no chance to connect my z3C neigter with mouse nor PC.

2nd thing is that I have this unknown symbol on my status bar. http://www.fotos-hochladen.net/uploads/image40yfz8uhvw.jpg

Do you see any chance to solve my problem? I would also reset my phone so that I can make some pictures again. But dont know how without mouse or PC.

Waiting for help:)
Cheers
Tim

Okay thanks. That means I cannot use my phone until I am back home...:/ but Do you think screen is broken or is it just a software failure?

If your screen does not react to touch then it sounds like a hardware issue but I can only go off what you describe however for issues like this you would need to either return your device to the place of purchase or contact Xperia care and have your device inspected http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/

Yes, I used it with my wet fingers. I would say it couldn't be that since it is splash water protected. but the explanation makes sense at all.
