Xperia Z - Take notes during the call

I can not take notes during a call: I tried with Keep and FloatNote, but does not show the keyboard and I can not write anything.
Has anyone had this problem and solved it?
I have Android 4.4.4, smartphone stock.

Hi and welcome to the community!

Do you perhaps have our app called SmartKey installed? If so, you need to open it and turn the slider for calls to off.
