    <description>&lt;P&gt;Same problem here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Microphone quality in voice calls (as heard by the other side)&lt;BR /&gt;worsened dramatically after system update to Lollipop 5.0.2 in Xperia Z1. Already&lt;BR /&gt;tried: disabling noise suppression &amp;amp; another update via PC Companion -&lt;BR /&gt;no effect. Switching preferred network type to "WCDMA only" does solve&lt;BR /&gt;the call quality problem, but makes phone virtually unusable outside&lt;BR /&gt;of urbanized areas (at least in Poland). Call quality in Skype is always fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another, less critical nuisance after updating to Lollipop 5.0.2 is a&lt;BR /&gt;several (4 - 5) seconds long lag before showing SwiftKey on screen&lt;BR /&gt;keyboard when opening conversation or clicking any editable field of a webpage.&lt;BR /&gt;The problem didn't exist in KitKat 4.4.4. I haven't checked the Xperia&lt;BR /&gt;default keyboard behavior.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any news, when the problems are going to be solved? Can somebody from&lt;BR /&gt;SONY respond on the forum.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have Z1 for one year, and it was really nice time, recently i upgrade to Lolipop 5.0.2, but then the mic stop working good.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If i make or recieve &amp;nbsp;a normal call, the other side can not hear me well, the vocie is bad and sometime its gone totally.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if i try to recode a voice or movie or even make an internet call using Watts App or Facebook massenger, the mic is okay and fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only in regular call it stop working good.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Dear friends,&lt;BR /&gt;After recently updating my Xperia Z1 to the updated version of &lt;SPAN class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":lollipop:"&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":lollipop:"&gt;🍭&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; lollipop just a couple of days ago, people whom I call or people who call me have informed me that thay can't hear my voice properly and have breaking **bleep** echo like effect. This is similar to the one when we get an intermittent radio signal while we tune into a radio station or move away from the signal range. I checked the microphone (&lt;SPAN class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":microphone:"&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":microphone:"&gt;🎤&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;) under the diagnostics menu and observed it to be working perfectly fine. Does any one else have a similar problem? And also does any have a remedy to this please?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in anticipation&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Mahesh Nashikkar</description>

      <description>Try to put your sim to another device or other's sim to your device and check again. Do this just to get a better idea whether its a fault in device or sim.</description>

      <description>Dear KomilAD,&lt;BR /&gt;I would try what you suggest, but I am skeptical about it's success. As I have not changed my phone or sim in the last 6 months and my phone was working uninterrupted since, I really have my own doubts on the device or SIM. This fault has appeared just after I upgraded my phone to the latest version of lollipop &lt;SPAN class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":lollipop:"&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":lollipop:"&gt;🍭&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; rolled out on 20th may 2015. This roll out was an extension to the earlier/first release of lollipop &lt;SPAN class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":lollipop:"&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":lollipop:"&gt;🍭&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; for Xperia Z1&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks &amp;amp; Regards&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Mahesh Nashikkar</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry man i can't advice you more then this. Just for the record I have Z1C (lollipop version) and my sim is at most 7-8 yrs old and i have never faced such problems. I think only a professional can guide you further. Best of luck.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;P.S. Also try to do a system repair with pcc may be it has something to do with the update. And don't forget to back up your data&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hello friends,&lt;BR /&gt;I have changed the network mode to "WCDMA (PREFERRED)/GSM" from"GSM" mode since today morning. Till now no has indicated the "voice breaking" problem. In fact, when I asked, they have confirmed that the voice is fine and they can hear me uninterrupted.</description>

&lt;P&gt;Exactly what contents will be backed up may differ depending on phone model.&amp;nbsp;You can view detailed information about this as you follow the steps in the Backup &amp;amp; Restore wizard. PC Companion does not back up apps/games, to restore them back on the phone just log into Play Store with the same acount you used to previously download your apps &amp;gt; tap the three lines in the top left hand corner &amp;gt; tap My apps &amp;gt; from there you should be able to tap Install on the apps you wish to have back on your handset.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
