Hey, I have just bought a sony z2 but I am having a problem with ringtone and message tone it just vibrates and all the sounds in settings are up loud, but I have turned notifications off will this cause this? Someone help me please

Hi,

How do you mean that you have turned notifications off? Do you have a ringtone set for calls and also, do you have a notification tone for the messaging application (Messaging > Menu button (three dots) > Settings > Notification tone).

You can also try to reset app preferences under settings-apps-all and tap on settings (3 dots).

Just received my new Xperia Z2 and after I thought was a successful set-up, I do not receive any notification sound or vibration when receiving an SMS. I have set-up a tone and vibration but alas nothing for an incoming SMS. When getting an incoming phone call I have no problems - any suggestions?

Hello ,

I am using Sony Xperia t2 Ultra phone and I have downloaded Ringtone and set as Ringtone also done , and I checked by trying to call my mobile number from landline or from any other mobile phone , but ringtone which I have downloaded and Set that ringtone is not implementing , Old ringtone is ringing instead of New Ringtone ,

Please give me suggestion what should I do??
