Cant turn on my Xperia Z

pc companion was alt tabbed and the downloading was nearly finished. then suddnly my phone was off, my battery life was above 45% and now i cant seem to turn it on.

When i turn it on it just shows the sony logo then after a while , it shuts down

when charging, red led, the screen light up w/ sony logo.. then off... after a while it repeats.

same via usb connection.

try this

connect your phone to the wall charger, not the dock, press and hold power & volume up for few seconds until the phone vibrates > let it charge for 1 hour > AFTER 1 HOUR >

install SUS on your PC > restart your PC > disable your firewall and antivirus > run SUS > follow the steps

remember that neither PCC nor SUS (or Bridge) will work if your phone has less than 50% of your battery

ok currently downloading SUS, phone is still charged and still the same condish. tried the power+buttn + vol up, it vibrated then followd by 3 vibrates, then still the same. :S

does the LED turn on or change color while connected to the wall charger? have you got your phone wet?

hmm its still red the led turns on then screen on wid sony logo. then off. i unplugged it and connected via SUS on my PC.

. i managed to do the SUS thing, and

2 options appeared,

1. software update

2. factory reset.

1 or 2?

I am facing similar kind of issue with my xperia ZR..... i was updating app from play store suddenly phone was powered off automatically.

Now i am not able to switch it on can you please help me???? it been only 2 weeks that i have bought this phone

Same problem, did all instuctions, but no result. at SUS when updating on phone it cant start, giving me massage "cant identify your phone"

Please help!

*i did all that ones again, no result... now it's just vibrate on pressing power on/off button without showing "sony" logo
