Gyroscope does not work properly.

My phone is Sony Xperia Z3.
After the latest version of Android 5.1.1 gyroscope not working. But service menu *#*#7378423#*#* work. This shows that there is a software problem with the latest version Lollipop 5.1.1. I hope to eliminate it.

Try performing a system repair using PC Companion as this will often fix issues - This will factory reset your phone and erase all data so best to backup before you begin

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

I did everything I described. And they fixed the other problems that I had not noticed until now. Unfortunately gyroscope still not working.

For all programs which use gyroscopes are not working.

What's happening ? Why will not answer any more.
Tell me what to do to fix this problem. Should I give it to service. Gyroscope I need use it regularly and now is not working .

Now my phone is like 50% and is brand new .. this is customer care ?

To say that after the new update (v. 23.4.A.1.232) what I thought about that will fix this problem and was disappointed it did not work.

Just to mention how I fixed your phone.
I gave it serviced and proved to be defective and replaced it with a new one.....
