Phone says system is updated but still at 14.5.A.0.270

I tried downloading the update before but since it was sooo slow, I tried cancelling it. The download notification eventually disappeared. But now that I want to download the update again, I can't, since the System Update button says my phone is updated. But when I check the build number, it's still at 14.5.A.0.270

Please help! Any suggestions how to still download it from my phone (and not the computer)?

Do you know your firmware's customization version?

Hi @dakama,

Go to Settings > Apps > All. Find the app called Software Update and choose to clear data for it. Restart your phone after doing this and see if you get a new notification asking you to update. It can take a day or two before the notification appears.
