topic 64GB SD-card shows less available memory in Z Series

hello. I have a question to make.

I have bought an sd card 64GB. I have put it to my z1 compact.

Now in settings, storage option says 58,39GB. Why is this happening? Where is the 5,61GB? Is it possible to format the sd card to obtain 64GB?

Thank you

No, this is the amount you get after converting from decimal to binary. The system will see binary memory only, so you should see about 59 GiB. Remember GB is not equal to GiB:
