i did all these only android device manger show the phone and i changed the pin code its changing the meassage and the owner phone but still only the pattern shown

Android Device Manager is only able to reset screen lock patterns for device's running Android 4.4 or below, this is mentioned on Google's Help site for Android.

In this case you will unfortunately have to use PC Companion or Bridge for Mac to perform a software repair using PC Companion as @uliwooly and @alexdon mentioned.
