Ultra STAMINA mode activates disabled apps

Hi, I have a Z1 running Lollipop and I found an issue which makes Ultra Stamina mode unsuable for me.

One of the new android features that I really like, is the ability to disable "system apps" (bloat) that can not be uninstalled without root access. When I updated my Z1 to Lollipop, the first thing I did was go to "Settings>apps>all" and go through the long list and disable any and all apps that I knew for certain that I wouldn't ever use.

Then I discovered the new "Ultra Stamina mode", and I was very happy, since I am a long time fan of Sony's Stamina mode. I used it yesterday, then eventually when I deactivated it, and went to apps screen, I was greeted with all these (Sony) apps / bloat that I had previously disabled, and I had to go through the apps list to disable them all, individually, one by one.

Obviously, I can't use Ultra Stamina mode anymore, since I would have to go through the list and disable all those apps that keep getting enabled when I deactivate ultra stamina mode.

I'm sure Sony can fix this with a small patch, that looks at the apps that are desabled by the user, before activating ultra stamina mode, and makes sure not to enable them when the user deactivates the ultra stamina mode

tl;dr Ultra stamina mode restores apps that the user had disabled.

Indeed, and in May, they said "The issue with disabled apps being enabled again after Ultra Stamina will be fixed in the next software update."

It is now November, and my Z1 is up to date. The problem is still here.

And from page 5 and on, on that thread, people are talking about the opposite of my problem, about apps dissappearing after ultra stamina mode being deactivated. My problem is that disabled Apps come back.

Hi @dragonmoony,

Which build does your phone have (Settings > About phone > Build number)?
Does this happen to all of your disabled apps or some of them? Could you give a couple of examples of apps that this happens with?

my Z1 model: C6903

Android version: 5.1.1

The apps that come back are apps like: Play music, Play newsstand, Play Books and more, and Sony's apps: Xperia Lounge, Movie creator, Sketch and more
