Can not answer incoming call

Hi,

I have a problem with answering incoming calls on my xperia z5. When someone calls me and I tap "answer" the call end instantly in 0:00. But when I phone someone everything is OK. Is there some settings to do something with it?

How to boot on safe mode on Lolipop
1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu
3. press and hold "power off"
4. Boot on safe mode should become available

In this safe mode it worked well so I think the problem can be in some app? Now I unistalled the AVL antivirus and everything works great. Can it be connected with this problem?

I had exactly the same problem and uninstalling AVL solved it. Thank you for this information.

I don't have this App, but I have the same problem, I have whatsapp, Facebook, and another tow App I Don't think that you had installed. (Arabia weather, Salatuk).!!
