HELP me with update fail

Hello I need to deal with mobile Z1 .. I wanted to update the software on Android 5 but something happened to me. I did everything as instructed but when I unplug the phone starts to switch on and off though .. I tried to put it into a PC but nothing. Please, give me an advice.

Remove both SIM and SD cards from the phone > conect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 1 hour or so

run PCC on your computer > support zone > repair > do NOT turn on the phone > follow the steps to select your phone and connect your phone

I still can not, I left it without a sim free sd hour charger, then I put it in the PC, and again it started to disconnect and connect.
