Z3 sms deletes itselft after reading, or doesn't show up at all

Hi. My wifes phone have very odd condition, I try to explain it:

After updating to Lollipop (months ago I think..), whenever she gets text message phone shows notification , but STOCK sms app doesnt show message AT ALL.

With Google Hangouts she can open the message ONCE, when she clicks back and opens contact/message list again its GONE.

I have tried clear messaging cache but no help. Yesterday installed newest 5.1.1 with no help. I have same phone (Z3 D6603) with NO problems myself.

This is no way acceptable!

Settings > apps > all > hangouts and messaging > clear data > restart the phone > check again with the messaging app

could you boot on safe mode and see if you experience the same issue.

How to boot on safe mode on Lolipop
1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu
3. press and hold "power off"
4. Boot on safe mode should become available

Tried safemode and clear data. No help. Actually next thing i try is do software repair.

Had to first use google backup for sms and xperia for rest. It was very odd.
