All video call in any application don't work when I use SIM just working when I opened WiFi I checked SIM and I found it good not have any problems the problem in phone I don't know what's the problem

I think a slow internet connection on mobile data will create these problems. Do you normally use mobile data?

Some carrier/networks block certain apps/services perhaps that's the case or like @alexdon said, slow data/network coverage.

Check network connection by going to ''settings'' - ''more'' - ''mobile networks'' - ''preffered network type'' and switch to ''LTE/4G'' or ''WCDMA'' as preffered, now it shoud run smoothly.

Thanks guys the problem in the country I live in it now the country block all vedio calls in any application
