Guys my Xperia Z5 really gets hot fast while browsing the net and to the peak of 48 Celcius I put it in the freezer for 15 minutes and my Z5 really cool down to 19 C. But people said to me that I should not do it again because of hardware damage. When I put it out of the freezer it is wet when defrosting but it's waterproof right?? So internal components will not be wet. So guys do you think I damaged my phone? Is it safe to put it in the freezer?

I personally don't advice to try that again
the instant change of temperature may harm your device , precisely this will kill battery and you will need to replace it , it can also affect your CPU so be careful .
if you see that your battery is showing false percentage or ascending percentage without charging or fast battery drain especially after reboot .. so your battery life is almost over and you will need to replace it in repair center .
cheers ..

You gave me a big lol! Seriously don't do this. Aggressive temp change will harm your device that is designed to handle high temperatures during usage.

There is no need for another thread on heating. It will heat up when continuously used but you don't need to put the device in a really cold environment, just let it rest for 10 minutes.
