Voice text disappears

When in using the voice typing function, after speaking the text will appear briefly on screen then vanish so I have to repeat it. It does this 9/10 times. When repeated it'll stay.

Does this happen in all apps?

Can you try if it happens in < safe mode > ?

Hi,
Not that I've noticed. It's only really become apparent since the update. I only really use it in messaging

Surprised more people don't see this.

BTW, I've noticed it only seems to happen in built-in Messaging app. In other places voice dictation works fine.

But in Messaging, it looks as if it is translating what you say perfectly, but then suddenly everything disappears before you can click send....

Yep. And I have additional problem of No typing while I'm Stamina mode...

Voice text disappearing happens on my Z5 and my wife's XA when using the Messaging app. Frustrating. I saw a recommendation to clear data/cache within the messaging app but have not personally tried it.

It is always random when it does this too. Not consistent so I don't think clearing the data/cache will help.
