      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/756703"&gt;@Thebed&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear that, contact your&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/Local+support/pd-p/contact_us" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="13-1"&gt;Local support&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and request a vacuum test, this will prove if there's a manufacter issue or if the covers weren't properly closed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Things to do:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;remove the SIM and SD cards&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;leave all the covers open&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;place it in a bowl with rice&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Things NOT to do&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don't expose the phone to heat, direct sunlight&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don't use a vacuum&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don't use a hairdryer&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I removed the sim and Sd card immediately after dropping it into the pool. I left it in a bowl of rice. Still does don't work. I have contacted Sony l, waiting on a response for further action. Thanks for ur help</description>
