Xperia Z3 Dual, slow down after upgrade to marshmallow

My z3 dual upgraded last night(~1gb throughout "software update" app), but it slow down in switching open apps, view contacts, open settings and anywhere you may think in a phone.

Hi,

When you perform a major system update, such as updating to Android 6.0, it may take some time for the device software to stabilise. There are processes in the background, for example, the indexing of files, which continue some time after the update is complete. This means that the processors are running with high intensity and may cause the device to be a bit slower for a day or two.

I expected that (the most of) indexing is done before starting android fully or in standby mode Not when in use!
Anyway, I clear all data of "clean master" app then uninstall that fool and intruder app AND speed up 1 day after upgrading.

I update another z3 dual and everything is OK?? No! It's the best, with many app I have on it.

My Sony z3 dual has become extremely slow after being updated to marshmallow. I thought the phone would become better after the update, but the opposite happened. Contacts update very slow and there is always a lag in everything especially when I try to make a phone call...believe it or not it takes 20seconds for the phone to start dialing a contact and if in between an attempt to make a call I receive a new call then the phone puts the received call on hold and starts dialing the number I dialled 20seconds ago
I used to recommend all my friends to buy Sony phones but after experiencing this annoying problem I am going to sell this phone. Also the phone heats up drastically
I tried restarting and reseting the phone but nothing seems to work
Also there is no more stamina mode to help save battery life
Speaker loudness has reduced but I was experiencing this since lollipop. The phone speakers used to be very loud when I newly purchased the phone
Also, I keep loosing data connectivity suddenly and I have to restart my phone to get it connected back. I have to repeat the same process everytime this happens

Same issue here. After upgrading to 6.0.1 the phone was working ok until the first reboot. Afer rebooting i laggs all the time. When sliding, when opening even when typing in the PIN. I waited 1 day but it still happens even after turing it off and on or killing majority of the apps....

After any kind of system updates that upgrade the android version(in any device), you must(better) backup your data and resett the device.

there is two way:

1. Setteings/ backup&reset

2. Hrad reset: Turn off the device and then: Press and hold the Power key and the Volume up. Now you see the options that help you reset the device.(Select your choice by moving via Volum keys!)
