How to change owner/Edit owner accout? (Xperia Z5)

Hey guys,

I just bought a secondhand Xperia Z5 and I'm wondering whether I can change the name of the owner? I have already factory reset the device but to no avail, the owner name still remains as the previous owner's name. I hope someone can help me out with this.

Have you inserted your google account details? You should perform a software repair using Xperia Companion first, then set up the entire device.

Yes I have. I have already logged into my google account.

@Kelvin99 You should be able to go to settings - users and tap on the owner account and change name. Don't try the software repair yet.
