Did Doze replace STAMINA?

I have seen several instances where it is said that Doze mode replaces Stamina for battery management in Marshmallow. But my new Z5 is running 6.0.1 and it has Stamina.

Did Sony add Stamina back in with a later release? Or would I perhaps still have it if Marshmallow was installed over Lollipopp?

Hi @Brovig,

You are correct in that STAMINA was removed in a software update a while back, but has since then been reintroduced with an update for a selection of our Xperia devices.

I was just curious - because I haven't run in to some of the problems everyone's been having
