Apps need permission for photos and videos

When I try to open album,app need a permission, I can msg from Skype, what'sap, and masenger,but I can't call and I can not oupn up the photos and videos, apps shows me a msg for need a permission,,, but I can't fix it

You probably didn't enable this permissions but try this

settings > apps > look for the apps > clear data > restart the phone > check again.

There is not a option to clear data

Settings > apps > select the app > storage > clear data
