Phone Stuck On Boot Screen Loop

Hello,

I open a new thread, as i didn't found the exact similar problem as mine (and, sorry for my (very) poor english ...), that is ... :

As my Z3C's battery was down, I attempted to recharged my phone. But it didn't light up red as usually, it was flashing red.

Some time, when on charge, it wake up, show me that the battery is low (ever), start booting 1 or 2 seconds, and reboot.

I removed SIM and SD card.

I tried power + volum up, or volume down

I put the yellow button near the SD card (short and long)

I let it charged several hours (a night long)

I also install Xperia Companion, and tried to soft repair it. The process runs well, but it didn't change anything at all : still boot looping.

I coudn't do any soft upgrade, because it's not recognised.

When plugged on my PC, LED is blue.

Any option for me ? Please ?

I'm sorry to hear that, but you wil have to contact your Local support as this seems to be a hardware issue.

I am very sorry to hear about that. In this case I agree with the reply written by @uliwooly in that you are recommended to contact your Local support in order to have the device sent to an authorized service center.
