Sony Xperia Z5 Premium insert the Sim issues

Hi i recently purchased Sony Xperia Z5 Premium and its work fine, normally when i insert a sim i switched off the phone and then only i insert the sim but suddently when insert the sim phone is working on and resarting the device itself how it possible??? some one Pls answer for this Question >?

This could mean you need a new SIM as the old one might be defective.

so if i used new sim , my phone works as usual ? & same time one of my friend also faced this problem like once he insert the sim the phone is switch off and he pull out the sim try the phone is on and restart itself > some one Pls answer for this >?

@Terrence3163 When you remove the SIM tray, the phone will restart. But if a SIM is defective, it can cause sudden restarts.
