Plz Help, Z1s C6916 T-mobile (over heating, charging too slow, losing stuff)

My Xperia Z1s C6916 (I bought it from T-mobile in the US)

I faced many small problem like overheating, balck screen, the battery charge slowly when the phone is off, but it was still working for me. (I am changing my happits to deal with every new problem, for example, once the battery is 15% I charge it because after that it may jump to 1% and when it's off it takes longer to turn it on again) .

1- Finally, yeasterday morning, the battery is 15% but I could not charge it. The phone became hot while the battery percent was jumping from 10% to 7% and from 5% to 2%! The phone is off. I tried to charge it but every time I vharge it, it becomes too hot until I put it on a cold tissue that was dipped in cold water! But the problem that it charge too slow (4 hours charging= 20% of the battery!)

2- I tried to turn it on and change to Ultra Stamina Mode. It's my first time I try this mode and in this time the battry goes down quickly even while I am charging it!! I tried to deactivate UltraSM but it says that the battery must have 5% minimum! I turned the phone off and I pluged the charger and I went to sleep.

3- Today morning, I am trying just to deactivate UltraSM to take my (pics, information) to my laptop, but the big desperation that when the UltraSM was activated my phone looks messy and looks like lost a lot of apps! maybe lost somthing ealse! And the background pic is the same one in UltraSM. the battery still goes down quickly while I'm charging!

Now, It's off and charging wile it's under my cooling system just to turn it on and trying to packup contacts, pics, information ...

What I need now?

1- I need a dignose, help, sugeestions ...

2- the best and (fastest way) to back up every thing to my laptop or flash memory

Note: I struggeld to find LCD screen (when the orjinal one was damaged) to my Z1s C6916 from T-mobile In my country and I bought it online form outside my country (I bought my phone from UnitedStates when I was there), SO, If i need any replacement parts I would like to know if there is any other (Xperia edition) that uses the same parts as my edition (Z1s C6916)

the overheating problem is solved by a electronic technician. The problem was in the charger input. Now it is charging good (no heat) I'll write another massage for the (Ultra stamina mode)
