Xperia Z5 notification bar locket, backup failed

Notification bar doesnt roll down when try to open with 2 fingers.. I have read, should do software repair. When try to do back up I have this error: Campanile BR 2007 Getbackupinfofailed. What now??? Please help.. I really regret I choosen xperia. All the time problems with device;((

When trying to backup next time, don't backup your "Apps" and "Others". Better to backup only your contacts, messages, calendar, and bookmarks. Media is better transferred to a PC via simple copy/paste.

After that perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.

Welcome to the community,

This is really unfortunate, we will try our best to help resolve this for you.

I would first suggest removing Xperia Companion from your PC and then restarting it, once done redownload the program, then restart the handset.

Once done try attempt a backup and let us know how you get on.
