Is z2 battery compatible for z1 mobile
Both are of same size and same specs almost
So I wanna use z2 battery

Although the specs may be almost the same they are different and each controller manage them differently, in few words... Don't.

Use a Z1 battery for a Z1 and a Z2 battery for a Z2.

A simple search on eBay can enlighten you even more.
